I saw the Lord always before me. Because he is at my right hand, I will not be shaken. Acts 2:25
This morning we looked at Jesus - his life, death and resurrection. We saw how God was at work - in Jesus life, death and ressurection. And we discovered the wonderful hope that God gives to us through Jesus life, death and resurrection. Because Jesus is alive - our bodies also will rest in hope. Because Jesus is alive - we shall not be abandoned to the realm of the dead Because Jesus is alive - we shall walk in the paths of life and know deep, lasting joy in his presence. Yet often we do not feel that joy now. Often we can despair. We can live as if we do not have any hope. Why? One of the reasons could be that we have taken our eyes of Jesus. how are you going to set Jesus before your eyes this week?
Will you take time each day, to read a little of a gospel? I find listening to worship music (YouTube is great for this!) really helpful. Why not send a friend an encouraging text reminding them to keep Jesus before their eyes this week? Feel free to share other ideas or encouragements in the comments.
